What’s the Difference in the various weight loss surgeries?
- Gastric Sleeve: About 80% of the stomach is removed, creating a smaller “sleeve” that limits how much you can eat and reduces hunger hormones.
- Mini Bypass: A shorter, simpler version of the full bypass where a small stomach pouch is made and connected further down the intestine. It offers good weight loss and fewer complications.
- Full Bypass: The gold standard for weight loss — the stomach is divided and rerouted to bypass a portion of the intestine. It’s best for those with severe obesity or reflux.

If your BMI is
· over 48-54 the additional cost is 600USD
· Over 55-59 the additional cost is $1000USD
· over 60-69 the additional cost is TBA since the risks are a great deal higher and surgery is at the discretion of the surgeon, and client must be on group tour so that they can be monitored

Optional extras for Mexico
In Mexico, clients can choose to combine their weight loss surgery with additional procedures
for example tubal ligation or a hysterectomy. If the surgeon finds a hernia, it can be repaired during the same operation, and if you’ve had issues with gallstones, your gallbladder can be removed as well. These optional add-ons come at an extra cost but can be safely done at the same time as your primary surgery.
